Specific features:

The system is made-up of: :

Pinch valves: minimum 10, able to withstand a 0.5bar pressure

Scale: Two scales can be used, one for small filling (milligram precision) and the other one for bigger filling (gram precision)

Peristaltic pump : A small pump is integrated for small volume distribution. A second one can be connected and controled external.

Touchscreen : the information is provided by the user from the touchscreen

Printer : after each distribution, it is possible to print the adhesive labels with: nature of the product, batch number, volume of the bag or bottle, date of manufacture and expiry.

The aim of this unit is to distribute a suspension (culture media, buffer, cell suspension etc ...) by an automated way. A sequence of openings and closings of pinch valves with a pilot injection of a peristaltic pump, or by pressure, allow the filling of a disposable manifold bottles or bags.
